Training Exchange Resilience Skills

Welcome to the Training Exchange Resilience Skills course, which in response to the current coronavirus crisis, is being offered as an online format.

There are three parts to the course.

  1. The introduction video, which you can see below
  2. The online resource hosted on the Ruzuku learning platform
  3. Three live webinars on Thursday 26th March, each for an hour, and starting at 10am, 2.10pm and 3.30pm.

If you’ve booked for the course, you’ll be sent an email inviting you to join the online resource and also with links to join the webinars. Please enjoy the short (less than five minutes) introduction below, and then follow the instructions you’ll be sent in the course introductory email.
