The Journey Approach to Change

As you look ahead at the year 2023, is there a change you’d love to make or a project you’d like to move forward with, but obstacles or difficulties in the way that might hold you back? The Journey Approach to Change is a system of insights and practices that strengthens our ability to help desired changes happen. Our online course starts on 18th January 2023, with an earlybird discount extended until Tuesday 17th January 2023. Here’s part 1 (30 mins) of a recent free webinar introducing this approach:

And here’s part 2 (24 mins)

The Journey Approach to Change eight week group coaching and training programme draws on systems thinking, positive psychology, the science of behaviour change and storytelling in teaching a system for helping changes happen, whether in yourself, when supporting other people, or in addressing larger issues of collective change. It offers an ideal way of building support for changes you’d like to help happen in 2023. The course starts on Wednesday 18th January 2023, with live webinars 7.30pm to 9pm UK time each week, supported by resources hosted on an online learning platform. To strengthen the impact of the course, it also includes a two month practice period and a ninth follow-up webinar on 3rd May 2023.

The course explores how to:

– Become clearer about what you really want

– Strengthen your ability to get through blocks

– Fuel the motivation that helps keep you going

– Make what you do more enjoyable

– Grow skills and understanding that support positive change in yourself, other people and our world.

The course is available at an earlybird discount price of £245 if booked by Monday 17th January 2023, and £295 after this. Please book using the PayPal facility below on this page.

There’s an additional earlybird loyalty discount, reducing the price to £195 if booked by 11th Jan for anyone who’s previously been on any of Chris Johnstone’s courses that cost over £80. These is also a concession price available if needed if you’re on a low income. Please contact Chris for details of either of these price reductions.
