As you look ahead at the year 2023, is there a change you’d love to make or a project you’d like to move forward with, but obstacles in the way might hold you back?
This 8 week course with Dr Chris Johnstone introduces tools that can help. Drawing on decades of experience in the psychology of change, he introduces the ‘journey approach to change’, an approach that weaves together advances from Positive Psychology, insights from addictions recovery, and the engaging narrative structure of adventure stories.
The course explores how to:
– Become clearer about what you really want
– Strengthen your ability to get through blocks
– Fuel the motivation that helps keep you going
– Make what you do more enjoyable
– Grow skills and understanding that support positive change in yourself, other people and our world.
Introduced by a free webinar on 4th January at 7.30pm UK time, the Journey Approach to Change eight week group coaching and training programme starts on Wednesday 18th January 2023, with live webinars 7.30pm to 9pm UK time each week, supported by resources hosted on an online learning platform.
We’ll have more details posted on this page soon. In the meantime, please register for the free webinar if you’re interested, and we’ll send more course details soon.
