The Bristol Happiness Lectures
Chris Johnstone set up the Bristol Happiness Lectures in 2006 as part of his Positive Psychology education programme at Bristol University. It was an annual event that attracted hundreds of people each year. Here is a recording of his talk in 2010 on Positive Psychology responses to depression. It is in four episodes of about ten minutes each.
