Part 2: Afterglow – Here Madeleine introduces the Su Ha move of Afterglow as one of the keys to a more satisfying life, and which also shifts the narrative towards a sustainable model of happiness good for people and our world. This includes a simple and enjoyable two minute practice, followed by further exploration of how to use this tool.
Part 3: Daily practice – Here Chris introduces the Su Ha move of Daily Practice, which helps us install and integrate wellbeing habits into our life. He also includes an enjoyable fingers and thumbs practice that lasts 100 seconds, and features backing music too.
Part 4: The Su Ha move of BMAT – Here Madeleine introduces the move of BMAT, drawing on the science of behaviour change to show how we can prompt ourselves to take steps that move in directions our heart desires.
Part 5: The Su Ha move of Give Thanks – Here Chris introduces an embodied gratitude practice that not only nourishes our wellbeing, but also strengthens our motivation to act for positive change.
