I’m looking forward to our day together on Wednesday 25th March.
Here’s an introduction video (less than five mins).
Please watch this before we start our first webinar at 10am. You’ll be sent the links for the zoom meeting/webinars and the online resource with resilience skills videos by email.
9.30am (or before if you choose) – to Watch this intro video and then join the online resource hosted on Ruzuku. You’ll be sent a link for this.
10am Our first webinar
11am – tea break
11.30 to 1pm – to work through, at your own pace, the pre-recorded videos in the online resource.
1 – 2pm lunch break
2pm to 2.30pm – continue working through the online videos (you don’t have to watch them all in one day – and you might want to spend some time reflecting or carrying out some of the exercises introduced).
2.30pm 2nd Zoom call – we’ll be checking in on how you’ve found things so far, and also introducing a practice, that might be done in pairs or solo, depending on how time goes.
3.30pm tea break
4pm – 5.30pm Third zoom call on life design to support the shift.
